2008 Summer Season June 15 - September 15: 1 week minimum Summer weeks run from Friday afternoon through Thursday night. May 15 - June 14, September 15- Oct. 15: 4 night minimum Summer rentals include the 2 summer cabins.House and cabins with apartment suite: $1,400 night/$9,500 week. House and cabins without apartment: $1,200 night/$8,000 week, limited availability. Large groups over 12 pay $50 per extra person per night. Fall 2008/Winter 2009 Season October 16-December 17, 2008 / January 3-May 14, 2009 3 night minimum, except holiday weeks.
House with apartment: $700 per night/$4,500 per week.
Summer cabins are closed; without them the house accommodates 10 in beds. Large groups subject to extra charges. For more than 10 people, $50 per extra person per night. 2008-2009 Winter Holidays 5 night minimum: Thanksgiving: November 22-30 1 week minimum: over Christmas and over New Years Christmas Week: December 18 to December 26. New Years Week: December 27 to January 4. House with apartment: $7,000 per week, $1,000 per night After 7 nights, $800 per night. Summer cabins are closed; without them the house accommodates 10 in beds. Large groups subject to extra charges. For more than 10 people, $50 per extra person per night. Policies One-half of rental fee deposit required within one week of reservation. Full payment due 60 days before arrival. 10% California Occupancy Tax on rent and cleaning. Cancellation: Reservations are considered binding. We will give a refund of funds deposited less $50 processing fee if we are able to rebook the rental period. Summer 2008 deposits become binding on January 15, refundable if we are able to rebook the week. No smoking inside the house or cabins. Sorry, no pets. Entertaining large parties of people (more than 20) is not allowed without the owner's permission. Extra charge will apply. Check in is 4 p.m., check out by 10 a.m. Repeat guests have priority booking upon their departure for the following year. |
